Brebeuf bands and orchestra celebrated the holiday with a concert in the Student Commons during both A and B lunch. The music performed included fan favorites such as, “Scooby-Doo, Where Are You”, “Thriller”, and various Halloween medleys. Mr. Lee, the Director of Bands and Orchestra and seventh-year teacher, says that his favorite song performed is “This is Halloween” from the cult classic, “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. “I’m a big fan of Danny Elfman (the movie’s composer) and all of his work with Tim Burton”, says Lee.

If you missed the daytime concert, or simply can’t get enough of these scary-good tunes, you’re in luck. The musicians will play again after school at 4pm in the Orchestra Room. Good luck to everyone performing and happy Halloween Braves!
